It was here that she developed her signature perspective, that the most successful organizations aren't just led by visionaries; they are sustained by the strategic architects working alongside them.
During her years as a high-level EA, Darcy identified a profound "Strategic Access Gap." While administrative professionals were authorizing millions in corporate spending and managing the world's most influential calendars, they were often overlooked by the very industries they supported. They were the ultimate "Silent Partners," yet they lacked a community that mirrored their professional caliber or addressed their unique need for restorative, high-end environments.
After a decade in the trenches of executive support, Darcy recognized a profound gap in the industry. While administrative professionals hold immense corporate purchasing power and strategic influence, she saw that they often lacked the dedicated resources and elevated environments required to sustain their work. This realization became the catalyst for her entrepreneurial shift.
She founded DB Executive Services as an umbrella for her mission to bridge this gap, eventually launching two distinct yet interconnected worlds: Moxzy Events, her independent corporate planning firm, and EAP (Elevating Admin Professionals), a global community that has grown to over 7,000 verified administrative professionals.
Whether she is architecting a bespoke corporate event or advocating for the administrative profession on a global stage, Darcy’s mission remains the same: to build the spaces and systems that allow leaders to thrive.
