• The Single-Entry Advantage: You only need to submit your application once. That single entry enters you into our permanent database for the current roadmap season.

• Long-Term Visibility: Your profile remains active and is reviewed for every upcoming destination.

• Automatic Consideration: As new trips are added to the calendar, our team cross-references our existing applicant pool first. You stay in the running without having to fill out repetitive forms.

 

02. Precision Vetting: The "Why" Behind the Questions

 

If our application feels more detailed than a standard registration, that is intentional. We aren't looking for tourists; we are looking for vettors.

 

Matching the Right Professional to the Right Destination: Every venue has a specific "Power Buyer" profile. Some trips require EAs who manage large-scale international delegations; others are better suited for those who specialize in intimate, high-security board retreats.

• A "No" is Often a "Not Yet": If you aren't selected for a specific trip, it is rarely about your qualifications, it is about the specific logistical requirements of that venue.

• Technical Alignment: We ask about your industry, your executive’s travel frequency, and your budget authority to ensure that the feedback we provide to our CVB and hotel partners is coming from the most relevant decision-makers in the field.

EAP is a global collective of over 7,000+ professionals. While many of our initial activations are centered around major hubs like NYC, Austin, and Chicago, our vision is borderless.
